- Once the sugar dissolves completely, add 100g of Priyam pancake mix.
- Stir well and add 1-2tbsp of water and adjust the mix to idli batter consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease with ghee/ oil and add the batter. Close with a lid and cook for 2 mins in low flame.
- Turn the pancake and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with honey/maple syrup.
