GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Products purchased from Physical Stores cannot be returned. All items are eligible for exchange if conditions are met.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

  • In order to be eligible for an exchange, ensure the following conditions are met:
    • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
    • You are required to ship back the product for inspection and replacement.
  • Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.
  • You are given the right to exchange the item once, provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
  • Unfortunately, products marked as gifts when purchased are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
